My work is very diverse, I’ve been told, touching on styles of realism, cubism, impressionism, and pointillism. Trees and landscapes are a common theme in my art, however. I am both self-taught, and a student of the time-honored ‘classical realism’ working method.
In 2016, I studied art history and design in Santa Fe before transferring to Fort Worth to work alongside Ron Cheek and other dedicated artists at the Texas Academy of Figurative Art. In the fall of 2020, I moved back to Spokane and began painting and drawing independently.
My artistic vision is to express how I feel, about what I see. I hope that through my work I can bring others closer to nature too, and present an opportunity to re-experience its harmony, peace, and inclusiveness.
